9. Refund and Final Sale Notice
Everything Social Work’s return, refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and continuation terms are governed by its Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and any course-specific, event-specific, invoice-specific, or written terms provided at the time of purchase or registration.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable once enrollment is completed, a seat is reserved, materials are provided, digital access is granted, preparation begins, services are scheduled, work begins, or the applicable course, study group, workshop, event, consultation, mentoring session, or access period begins.
No refunds are provided for no-shows, missed sessions, late arrivals, partial attendance, failure to complete assignments, failure to take an exam, failure to pass an exam, dissatisfaction after participation, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, removal for conduct violations, or failure to achieve a desired outcome, unless expressly approved in writing by Everything Social Work or required by applicable law.
