PLEASE READ THIS SHIPPING POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, PRINTED MATERIALS, MERCHANDISE, MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS, OR OTHER SHIPPABLE ITEMS FROM EVERYTHING SOCIAL WORK.

This Shipping Policy explains how Everything Social Work handles shipping, processing, delivery, made-to-order products, inventory availability, carrier delays, returned packages, and related shipping matters.

This policy applies to physical products purchased through https://everythingsocialwork.com/ or another official Everything Social Work sales channel, unless a different written policy applies.

This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Everything Social Work’s Terms of Service and Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

1. General Shipping Policy

Everything Social Work may offer physical products, printed materials, books, workbooks, journals, apparel, totes, merchandise, study materials, event materials, and other shippable items.

Some products may be produced, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered through third-party vendors, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, or other service providers.

Shipping timelines, production timelines, delivery estimates, and product availability may vary based on the product purchased, vendor availability, inventory status, order volume, customization, print-on-demand production, shipping destination, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside Everything Social Work’s control.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be made to order, printed on demand, customized, produced after purchase, or fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

Made-to-order items are not always kept in physical inventory and may require additional processing or production time before shipment.

Made-to-order products may include, but are not limited to:

Shirts.
Totes.
Apparel.
Accessories.
Printed workbooks.
Printed journals.
Branded merchandise.
Custom or limited-run items.
Event-related merchandise.
Other products produced after an order is placed.

Because made-to-order products are produced specifically after purchase, they may be final sale and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange except where required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Everything Social Work.

3. Availability and Inventory

All products are subject to availability, inventory, production capacity, supplier availability, and third-party fulfillment limitations.

Everything Social Work reserves the right to cancel, limit, delay, modify, substitute, or decline any order if an item becomes unavailable, inventory is limited, a vendor cannot fulfill the item, a product is discontinued, a production issue occurs, a listing error exists, or fulfillment is otherwise not possible.

If an item is unavailable after purchase, Everything Social Work may, at its discretion and where appropriate:

Cancel the unavailable item.
Offer a replacement or substitute item.
Offer store credit.
Offer a revised fulfillment timeline.
Issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Provide another reasonable resolution.

Everything Social Work is not responsible for manufacturer shortages, vendor delays, print-on-demand limitations, supplier changes, inventory errors, discontinued products, or fulfillment issues outside its reasonable control.

4. Processing and Production Times

Order processing and production times are separate from shipping transit times.

Processing time means the time needed to receive, review, prepare, produce, print, package, or submit the order for fulfillment.

Shipping time means the estimated time a carrier takes to deliver the package after it has been shipped.

Processing and production times may vary, especially for made-to-order, print-on-demand, customized, limited-run, pre-order, or event-related products.

Any processing, production, or shipping timeframe provided is a good-faith estimate and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Shipping Timeframes

Everything Social Work will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship physical product orders within the timeframe stated at checkout, in the product description, or in an order confirmation.

If no specific shipping timeframe is stated, Everything Social Work will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship within a reasonable period after receiving a properly completed order, subject to availability, production, and applicable law.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, fulfillment partner delays, inventory availability, high order volume, or other circumstances outside Everything Social Work’s control.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, handling fees, taxes, duties, carrier fees, and related charges may vary depending on product type, order size, destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment partner.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved in writing by Everything Social Work.

7. Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Everything Social Work is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, or misspelled address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to pick up, or delivery issue outside Everything Social Work’s control, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

If reshipment is not available or not requested, Everything Social Work may, at its discretion, issue store credit or another resolution for eligible items, less shipping, handling, production, vendor, and non-recoverable costs.

8. Carrier Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.

Everything Social Work is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, undeliverable, refused, damaged in transit, delayed by weather, delayed by customs, delayed by carrier issues, or marked delivered by the carrier, except where required by applicable law.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, you should contact the shipping carrier directly and notify Everything Social Work at everythingsocialwork@gmail.com so we can review the issue and assist where reasonable.

Everything Social Work may assist with carrier claims where available, but does not guarantee replacement, refund, or reimbursement for carrier-related issues outside its control.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact Everything Social Work within 7 calendar days of delivery at everythingsocialwork@gmail.com.

Your message should include:

Your full name.
Order number.
Email address used for purchase.
Description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product.
Clear photos of the packaging.
Any other information reasonably requested by Everything Social Work.

Everything Social Work may, at its discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, exchange, store credit, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Failure to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery may result in denial of the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

10. International Shipping

Everything Social Work may offer international shipping where available.

International shipping availability may vary by product, destination, carrier, vendor, fulfillment partner, customs restrictions, and applicable law.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, carrier fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country, carrier, financial institution, or payment provider.

Everything Social Work is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, refused shipments, abandoned packages, country-specific delivery limitations, seized items, delivery failures, customs fees, or charges imposed by international authorities.

Refunds, if approved, are issued in U.S. dollars. Everything Social Work is not responsible for exchange rate changes, international transaction fees, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, or currency conversion differences.

11. Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Limited-Availability Items

From time to time, Everything Social Work may offer pre-order, backorder, limited-run, event-specific, or limited-availability products.

Estimated fulfillment dates for these products are good-faith estimates only and may change based on production, inventory, supplier, vendor, shipping, or fulfillment conditions.

By purchasing a pre-order, backorder, limited-run, or event-specific item, you acknowledge that shipment may occur at a later date and that delays may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, Everything Social Work may cancel the order, offer a substitute, offer store credit, issue a refund, or provide another reasonable resolution where appropriate.

12. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Products fulfilled by different vendors, print-on-demand providers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Separate shipment does not necessarily mean that an item is missing or delayed.

13. Digital Products and Non-Shippable Services

Digital products, downloads, courses, workshops, webinars, consultations, mentoring sessions, private sessions, study groups, digital access, and service-based offerings are not shipped physically unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery of digital products or access-based offerings may occur by email, download link, online account, event link, video platform, learning platform, document link, or another electronic method.

Digital delivery and access issues should be reported to everythingsocialwork@gmail.com.

14. Fraud Prevention and Order Review

Everything Social Work reserves the right to review, delay, cancel, or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, address verification issues, chargeback risk, inventory concerns, fulfillment issues, unauthorized resale concerns, policy violations, or other concerns.

Everything Social Work may request additional information to verify an order before fulfillment.

Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation or delay.

15. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Everything Social Work may update, revise, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated.

The Shipping Policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a later policy is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
