PLEASE READ THIS RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING, REGISTERING FOR, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY COURSE, STUDY GROUP, WORKSHOP, EVENT, CONSULTATION, DIGITAL PRODUCT, OR SERVICE OFFERED BY EVERYTHING SOCIAL WORK.

This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, credits, transfers, rescheduling requests, and continuation options may or may not be available.

This policy applies to purchases, registrations, bookings, services, courses, workshops, events, study groups, digital materials, and other offerings made through https://everythingsocialwork.com/ or another official Everything Social Work sales or registration channel, unless a different written policy applies.

This policy is incorporated into and forms part of Everything Social Work’s Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, registering, booking, accessing materials, attending a session, participating in a course, or otherwise engaging with Everything Social Work, you agree to this policy.

For purposes of this policy, “Everything Social Work,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Everything Social Work and, where applicable, its owner, instructors, facilitators, employees, contractors, consultants, collaborators, co-hosts, affiliates, service providers, representatives, and associated team members.

“You,” “your,” “participant,” “student,” “client,” “registrant,” or “purchaser” means any person who purchases, registers for, books, attends, accesses, or participates in any Everything Social Work offering.

1. General Policy

Everything Social Work provides educational, professional development, test preparation, mentoring, consulting, workshop, event, and digital resource offerings.

Because these offerings require advance preparation, reserved seating, instructor time, limited group capacity, educational materials, administrative planning, and intellectual property, all sales are final except where a refund, credit, transfer, or reschedule is expressly approved in writing by Everything Social Work or required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases are non-refundable once any of the following occurs:

Enrollment is completed.
A seat is reserved.
A course, workshop, study group, event, consultation, or service is scheduled.
Materials are provided.
Digital access is granted.
A session begins.
Preparation begins.
Services are rendered or partially rendered.
The applicable program, event, course, study group, or access period begins.

Everything Social Work reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, condition, modify, or refuse any refund, cancellation, credit, transfer, continuation, or rescheduling request to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Courses, Study Groups, Workshops, Events, Consultations, and Services

Courses, study groups, workshops, events, consultations, mentoring sessions, private sessions, and professional development services involve reserved time, limited availability, preparation, educational materials, administrative coordination, and instructional planning.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, refund or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the course, study group, workshop, event, consultation, or service.

Requests made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or reschedule unless approved in writing by Everything Social Work.

Everything Social Work may, in its discretion, consider a reasonable reschedule request due to documented illness, emergency, unavoidable conflict, weather or safety issue, platform issue, scheduling issue, or another circumstance that Everything Social Work determines warrants an exception.

Approval of a reschedule, credit, transfer, partial refund, continuation option, or other accommodation in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar accommodation in the future.

3. No Refunds After Program Start, Access, or Participation

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved in writing by Everything Social Work, no refunds will be provided once a course, study group, workshop, event, webinar, consultation, mentoring session, private session, service, or digital access period begins.

No refunds will be provided for:

Failure to attend.
No-shows.
Late arrivals.
Partial attendance.
Missed sessions.
Failure to complete assignments.
Failure to participate.
Failure to use purchased services or materials.
Failure to access digital materials.
Failure to schedule or take an exam.
Failure to pass an exam.
Failure to obtain licensure.
Dissatisfaction after participation.
Change of mind.
Scheduling conflicts not approved in advance.
Buyer’s remorse.
Disagreement with teaching methods, study strategies, recommendations, or program structure.
Failure to follow the study plan.
Use of outside materials that conflict with the program structure.
Removal from a program for conduct, payment, policy, or participation violations.

4. ASWB, LCSW, LMSW, and Test Preparation Disclaimer

Everything Social Work may offer educational test preparation services related to ASWB, LCSW, LMSW, or other social work licensing exams.

Everything Social Work is an independent educational and professional development provider. Everything Social Work is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, or officially connected to ASWB, Pearson VUE, any state licensing board, or any governmental licensing agency.

Participation in any Everything Social Work test preparation program does not guarantee a passing exam score, licensure, board approval, employment, professional advancement, or any specific outcome.

Exam results depend on many factors outside Everything Social Work’s control, including attendance, preparation, study habits, prior knowledge, reading comprehension, test anxiety, exam-day performance, licensing eligibility, board requirements, exam timing, and other individual circumstances.

Testimonials, reviews, participant success stories, and prior results are not guarantees of future results. FTC endorsement guidance addresses testimonials and endorsements in advertising and requires that they not be deceptive or misleading.

5. 10-Week Test Prep Study Group Continuation Policy

Everything Social Work may offer a continuation option for participants in the 10-week test preparation study group if a participant takes the applicable exam and does not pass.

Continuation options are not refunds. Continuation options are conditional, limited, discretionary, and subject to Everything Social Work approval.

To be considered for any continuation option, the participant must:

Submit a written request.
Provide documentation of the exam result.
Be current on all payments.
Have attended and participated consistently.
Have followed the program structure in good faith.
Have complied with all program expectations and conduct requirements.
Request continuation within the timeframe required by Everything Social Work.
Comply with applicable ASWB, Pearson VUE, and licensing board rules.

ASWB states that candidates generally must wait 90 days between exam attempts, though a waiver may be requested if the candidate is within 10 correct answers of passing and the state or provincial board allows waivers. For this reason, any continuation or retesting expectation is subject to ASWB, Pearson VUE, and applicable licensing board rules.

If a participant does not pass by 10 points or less, Everything Social Work may offer one continuation waiver to continue in the next available study group at no additional cost, subject to eligibility, availability, documentation, attendance, adherence, payment status, and written approval.

If a participant does not pass again by 10 points or less, Everything Social Work may offer continued participation in another 10-week program for $200, subject to availability, payment, documentation, adherence, and written approval.

If a participant does not pass by 11 points or more, Everything Social Work may offer continued participation at a rate of $80 per session, subject to availability, payment, documentation, adherence, and written approval.

Everything Social Work may deny continuation if the participant missed excessive sessions, failed to follow the study plan, did not participate in good faith, violated program expectations, failed to provide required documentation, was removed from the program, or otherwise did not meet continuation requirements.

6. Digital Products, Course Materials, Recordings, and Downloads

All digital products, course materials, downloadable materials, recordings, replay links, study guides, worksheets, slides, templates, practice materials, online resources, and digital access are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, emailed, opened, or made available, except where required by applicable law.

Because digital materials cannot be returned once access is granted, no refunds will be provided for digital materials based on change of mind, failure to download, failure to use, dissatisfaction, incompatibility with your software or device, failure to complete the course, or failure to achieve a desired result.

If you experience a technical access issue, you must contact Everything Social Work at everythingsocialwork@gmail.com so we can make a reasonable attempt to assist, such as resending a link, confirming access, or correcting an administrative error.

7. Missed Sessions and Makeups

Consistent attendance is expected.

Missed sessions, no-shows, late arrivals, partial attendance, lack of preparation, or failure to complete assignments may affect progress and continuation eligibility.

Unless otherwise approved in writing by Everything Social Work, missed sessions are not refundable, transferable, or eligible for individual makeup sessions.

Any recordings, notes, summaries, makeup support, transfers, credits, or alternate access are provided only at the discretion of Everything Social Work and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Participant Conduct and Removal

Everything Social Work may remove a participant from a course, study group, workshop, event, consultation, or service without refund if the participant:

Fails to pay.
Violates program expectations.
Disrupts the learning environment.
Harasses, threatens, or mistreats others.
Violates confidentiality.
Records or distributes sessions without permission.
Copies, shares, uploads, resells, or misuses materials.
Acts dishonestly regarding attendance, exam status, scores, or participation.
Creates safety, legal, reputational, or operational concerns.
Engages in conduct that Everything Social Work determines is inappropriate or harmful.

Removal from a program does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, transfer, continuation option, or replacement service.

9. Intellectual Property and Materials

All course materials, study methods, teaching strategies, worksheets, slides, recordings, handouts, study plans, examples, explanations, templates, practice discussions, program structures, and related materials are owned by Everything Social Work or its licensors.

Purchasers and participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials for their own personal exam preparation or professional development only.

Materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, shared, taught, resold, licensed, modified, used to create competing services, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from Everything Social Work.

Violation of this section may result in removal from the program without refund and may result in legal action.

10. Satisfaction Concerns and Reasonable Resolution Efforts

Everything Social Work wants participants to receive value from its programs and services and may make reasonable attempts to address concerns raised in good faith.

These attempts may include clarification, limited follow-up, administrative correction, access support, reasonable troubleshooting, a replacement link, a reschedule, a credit, or another remedy determined by Everything Social Work in its discretion.

However, dissatisfaction with a course, study group, workshop, event, consultation, digital material, teaching method, study strategy, recommendation, continuation decision, or outcome does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, credit, chargeback, cancellation, replacement service, additional work, or reversal of fees.

Once Everything Social Work has made reasonable efforts to address a good-faith concern, the product, service, course, study group, workshop, event, consultation, digital material, or access shall be deemed provided and earned to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, formal complaint, or legal claim, you agree to contact Everything Social Work at everythingsocialwork@gmail.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to address your concern.

A product, service, course, study group, workshop, event, consultation, or digital material is not defective, incomplete, or refundable merely because you changed your mind, did not attend, did not participate, did not use it, did not complete assignments, did not take the exam, did not pass the exam, disagreed with the teaching method, were dissatisfied with the outcome, or did not achieve a desired result.

Everything Social Work may use this policy, its Terms & Conditions, product descriptions, course descriptions, invoices, receipts, registration confirmations, attendance records, access records, communications, documentation, and reasonable concern-resolution efforts as evidence in response to any chargeback, payment dispute, or complaint.

Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may result in revoked access, canceled services, collection efforts, recovery of fees, denial of continuation options, and enforcement of Everything Social Work’s rights.

12. Transfers, Credits, and Exceptions

Transfers, credits, reschedules, continuation options, and other accommodations are not guaranteed and are available only if approved in writing by Everything Social Work.

Everything Social Work may deny a transfer, credit, reschedule, or continuation request for any reason permitted by law, including limited availability, late request, missed sessions, nonpayment, policy violations, lack of documentation, conduct concerns, excessive absence, or failure to follow program requirements.

Any exception made in one instance does not waive Everything Social Work’s rights or create an obligation to make the same or similar exception in the future.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Payment Providers

Everything Social Work may use third-party platforms to process payments, manage registrations, deliver materials, host virtual sessions, send emails, collect forms, schedule consultations, or provide access to programs and services.

These platforms may include website platforms, payment processors, email platforms, scheduling tools, video conferencing tools, learning platforms, document tools, analytics tools, and other service providers.

Everything Social Work is not responsible for third-party platform outages, payment processor delays, bank processing times, email delivery issues, spam filtering, user device issues, internet issues, or participant failure to access available materials.

14. Changes to This Policy

Everything Social Work may update, revise, or modify this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a later policy is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
